Lacrosse is delighted to have been selected to translate three tourist guides for one of the Polish Regional Tourist Organisations responsible for promotion of tourism within their region. Lacrosse Experts in Translation was chosen for its capability to provide a finished text in a natural style, translated and studiously checked and edited by native speakers of the target languages. The material will promote the region to visitors, who often come to major towns but frequently bypass the wonders of the surrounding region’s landscapes and its rich heritage.
The original Polish versions of the guides, which Lacrosse is translating into English, German and Russian, have been penned by historians and experts and are beautifully illustrated by new photographs and engaging graphics. All versions will be published in the autumn and made available to tourists and visitors alike. In addition, some of the material will be appear on roadside information boards which will be erected throughout the Voivodeship.
